Service and delivery policy

1. What you buy

• One high-quality A4 PDF of the resume or cover letter you designed, with no watermark and with real, selectable text that applicant tracking systems can read.
• Price: US$1.00, or Rs 280 when paying in Pakistani rupees, charged once per document. No subscription.
• Editing, previewing, the ATS score and saving drafts are always free.

2. How delivery works

1. You pay on the secure page of Stripe (US-dollar cards) or PayFast (JazzCash, Easypaisa and local cards).
2. As soon as the payment provider confirms payment, usually within a few seconds, your PDF downloads automatically.
3. We email a receipt with a retrieval code. Use it on Find my resume to download again, even without an account.

3. Downloading again

Each purchase can be downloaded again for 7 days (up to 25 times). With a free account, your purchases also appear under My resumes. Changing the document after purchase creates a new document, which is a new download.

4. If delivery is delayed

Some wallet payments are confirmed by the provider a few minutes later. Keep the page open and the download starts once payment is confirmed. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, contact us with your order email and we will deliver it or refund you, as described in the refund policy.

5. What you need

A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and a PDF reader. The editor works on phones, but a laptop or tablet is easier for long documents.

6. Customer support

Support is available by email at ask@onedollarcv.com and through the contact form, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 (PKT). We aim to reply within one working day.

7. Where we operate

The service is available worldwide online. Prices are shown in US dollars, or in Pakistani rupees for customers who choose PKR.
